Blocks from Pratt, and home to many artists and creators, 180 Franklin is the perfect place for creatives to foster their unique passions and talents from the comforts of their own homes. Flush with Art-menities, 180 Franklin enables residents to use the common areas to create and display their art. Designed to support woodworking, sculpting, painting, and mixed medium art, the Artist Workroom is just off Gallery 180, the in house Art Gallery, to promote an aspirational environment, which encourages the transition from work to show.

180 Franklin Avenue is home to the in house Art Gallery, Gallery 180, with avenue frontage, large pane glass windows, and a gallery-quality art hanging system that encourages residents and members of the surrounding art community to display their work across its spacious, professionally lit walls. 180 Franklin frequently programs the space with gallery shows featuring local artists. Rooftop Concerts

Music more of your thing? 180 Franklin hosts rooftop concerts all summer long as part of our 180 Rooftop series. 180 Franklin partners with Artists in Residence and local bands to bring local musicians to our Brooklyn rooftop.

Yoga on the Roof

Namaste at 180 Franklin! 180 Franklin loves bringing fitness home. In addition to our fitness center, we love to host at home fitness classes and programs throughout the year for our residents. A resident favorite is Yoga on The Roof when the weather warms up in the Spring/ Summer!
